Terms of Service

Short, plain-English terms for using R's DocManager. By creating an account or using this app, you agree to what's below.

Who can use it

• You need an account approved by a Super Admin of your organization.
• You must be authorized by your organization to upload or view its documents.
• One person per account. Don't share credentials.

Acceptable use

• Upload only content you have the right to store and share.
• Don't upload illegal, malicious, or infringing material.
• Don't try to break authentication, bypass role checks, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Don't abuse AI features to generate harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content.

Your content

• You keep ownership of documents and data you upload.
• You grant the app permission to store, index, and process your content solely to provide features you use (search, AI actions, sharing).
• Your admins control access within your organization.

AI features

• Document text may be sent to the AI provider you have configured (for example, Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic).
• You are responsible for complying with that provider's terms.
• AI output can be wrong. Verify anything important before acting on it.

Account termination

• Admins can approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts in their organization.
• You can stop using the app at any time. Ask an admin to remove your account if you want your data deleted.

No warranty

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Your organization is responsible for backups and for deciding what to store here.

Changes

• These terms can change as the product evolves.
• Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email where practical.
